Brown & Derby is the potting-mix line from Draper House Plants. Each of the five mixes is blended in small batches in Draper, Utah, for a particular root structure and watering pattern.

Why five mixes

A plant that wants constant moisture does not need the same soil as one with thick roots that rot in a dense pot. Pot material matters too: terracotta loses water faster than plastic. The range stays small so every formula has a clear purpose.

An honest recommendation

The soil finder starts with the plant, then asks how often you water and whether the pot is plastic or terracotta. It recommends one mix and explains why. If none of the five is right, it says so rather than forcing a sale.

Local only

Potting mix is heavy. Brown & Derby does not ship. Orders are available for pickup in Draper or delivery within the Salt Lake area.
